Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear, as some suppliers may have delayed tracking updates.

Shipping Carriers & Fulfillment:

Since our products are made to order, items may be shipped separately if they originate from different suppliers.

International Shipping:
We ship to many international destinations. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary.

Damages, Delays & Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, as shipping is handled by third-party suppliers. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue as best as possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Some items may be non-returnable due to supplier restrictions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, you must send back to address on shipping label and you must pay for your own shipping label. You can contact us for instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
